Poolside Solutions is a trusted pool service, renovation, and construction company proudly serving the North New Jersey area. Due to increased demand, we're expanding our team and looking for both experienced pool technicians and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.



We offer comprehensive training, so no prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Opening and closing residential swimming pools
  • Routine maintenance and cleaning of pools
  • (With training) Safety cover installation, vinyl liner installation, plaster prep, pool plumbing repair and installation
  • Pressure washing, demolition, and prep work for renovations and construction projects


You must be able to lift 50 lbs, as many of our materials come in 50 lb containers.
